The FISA bill passed by the House, which includes telecom immunity is on its way to the Senate.
As Jane notes, it is time to call your Senators, especially if they are Democrats, and tell them, in no uncertain terms, that this bill cannot pass.
Senators Feingold and Dodd, have signaled their intent to filibuster. We need more Democrats on board.
