Lieberman's Campaign for McCain
Honestly, I wonder if Democrats wouldn't be better served if Joe Lieberman would just become a Republican. It's one thing for him to say that he thinks McCain might be a better President than Clinton or Obama.
However, when he goes on the attack against Democrats, that is taking it too far:
If we did what Sen. Obama wanted us to do last year, Al-Qaeda in Iran would be in control of Iraq today. The whole Middle East would be in turmoil and American security and credibility would be jeopardized.
First off, Al-Qaeda in Iran?
I guess since McCain can't keep his Sunni and Shiite extremist organizations straight, Lieberman has decided it is better to give him cover by propagating patent lies. But further, Lieberman is no longer even pretending to be a Democrat.
It's time for Lieberman to go.
